The Internet shop ruffastore.eu is managed by Ruffa Store Ltd.: Reg. No. 42403048799, registered office Jauna Street 19A-23, Limbazi, Latvia, LV-4001, hereinafter referred to as RUFFA Store.

CONTRACT

The order of shopping in the online shop ruffastore.eu is regulated by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the “Regulations on the Distance Contract” (hereinafter – the Regulations), which stipulate the terms of purchase and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions in which the Customer deals with RUFFA Store. When placing an order, the Customer automatically accepts the RUFFA Store Terms and Conditions.

CUSTOMER DATA AND VISIT ON THIS WEBSITE

The information or personal data you provide to RUFFA Store is processed in accordance with the data protection policy. The data on this website is processed by RUFFA Store. The purpose of the processing of personal data is to ensure the Customer registration, authorization, provision of sales and delivery services and sending of the requested information. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

To place an order, the Customer should follow the online purchase procedure. The Customer then receives an email confirming that the order has been received. In the email, the Customer receives a notification that the order has been sent.

PRICES

Those prices that are indicated on RUFFA Store website are valid at the time of your purchase.

COUPONS

A coupon is a combination of letters and/or numbers with which on ruffastore.eu customers can receive discounts on purchases or delivery of an order. Coupons can be received from RUFFA Store by e-mail, SMS or social networks. Coupon codes are assigned an expiration date specified on issue.

Only one coupon code can be used per purchase.

RUFFA Store reserves the right not to grant a discount if there is a suspicion of abusive use or obtaining of discount codes

STORAGE OF CONTRACT DATA

RUFFA Store stores your data. If you want to print the order, you can do so through the Order List for the registered users. It will appear on the screen when you will have submitted your order to RUFFA Store.

In addition, you will receive an email confirmation of your order by providing all the input data that can be printed out.

DELIVERY TERMS

Depending on your destination, the goods will be ready for shipment within 2 business days after receipt of the payment to RUFFA Store bank account. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery will take place within 1 to 10 business days to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, depending on the delivery method chosen and the place of delivery. In cases where the goods have not been delivered to the Customer due to the fault of its postage (courier) service staff, RUFFA Store shall reimburse the Customer for the value of the goods and the delivery only after RUFFA Store has received a confirmation of a loss or refund from the postal service.

RETURN POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of reception of the Order by completing the notice on the exercise of the right of withdrawal and submitting it to the respective merchant as a written confirmation of the withdrawal of the Order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer shall inform Ruffa Store Ltd., by e-mail: hi@ruffastore.eu about the decision to withdraw from this Contract with a clear statement.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the Customer to send a notice about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If the Customer terminates this Contract, RUFFA Store will reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs to the original delivery address (excluding any additional costs incurred by the Customer as a result of the delivery, except those offered by RUFFA Store) without undue delay and in any case not later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the information about the Customer’s decision to terminate this Contract and the receipt of the returned item. If the Customer returns only some of the goods and keeps the remaining goods, the original costs of delivery for the goods which remain with the Customer are not to be reimbursed.

RUFFA Store will make the refund by the payment method used by the Customer for the original transaction. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, RUFFA Store may withhold the refund until we have recovered the goods or if the Customer has not confirmed that the goods were shipped by selecting the fastest delivery method.

The goods must be returned no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date when the Customer notified RUFFA Store about their decision to terminate this Contract. This deadline is met if the goods are returned before the end of the 14-day period.

The Customer shall be liable for any depreciation of the goods’ value that may occur during the time of transfer, determining the type, characteristics and functioning of the original goods. The Customer have to pay the return shipping costs in case of withdrawal.

COMMON PROVISIONS

The Customer shall have the right to cancel the Contract only for the goods that are returned in the same condition as received by the Customer. Refund is not made if the item is used, for items that are not in the same condition as they were delivered or if they are damaged. When returning the goods, place them in the original packaging, together with instructions and other documents, if any.

COPYRIGHT

The content of ruffastore.eu website – logos, graphic materials, photos, video materials, textual materials, software layout is the property of RUFFA Store. Reproduction of these materials without written consent is prohibited.

LEGAL WARRANTIES

If a dispute arises in connection with the concluded distance contract and the website ruffastore.eu, it is resolved by negotiation. If the situation cannot be solved by negotiation, it shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

OTHER PROVISIONS

RUFFA Store has the right to amend and clarify these terms at any time by publishing the relevant changes on the website and indicating the date of the latest changes. Any changes made to these Terms and Conditions shall take effect immediately after the publication. Continuing to use the RUFFA Store website and placing orders, the Customer automatically agrees to the changes made.
